From the name and details, it wasn’t clear what this product was. On Avid’s site I knew what I wanted was a pro tools perpetual licence, and no reference to an extension. I duly paid and downloaded. This is not as described. It is not a PRO TOOLS PERPETUAL LICENSE and I am not sure what that is even in the description. Customer Service have refuse to help in any way and have point blank refused to refund the £175.00 I am VERY UNHAPPY and will NEVER deal with them again and would recommend the same to all.
From the name and details, it wasn’t clear what this product was. On Avid’s site I knew what I wanted was a 1 year software updates + support plan for an existing perpetual licence, and no reference to an extension. Hidden away Bax do have a page with some sort of translation to their product names with what they are. Due to the great price at Bax I took the plunge and it turns out it is exactly the same thing. I think Bax would sell a lot more if it was clearly named, then again maybe the naming is how they can offer such good prices?

Same as the first two reviews. The customer service was polite yet atrocious. Product is very unclear as to what it is. Customer serviced unable to help in any way re a refund. They are the only company I have ever dealt with who refuse to give refunds even though I haven’t downloaded their URL. Was like dealing with a city centre parking company. Didn’t see the message, tough shit. Am looking to expose in The Gaurdian. Whatever you do my advice would be dont buy from this company.
